Councillors are reminded of their responsibility to continually update their Notice of Registerable Interests and to declare any disclosable interests, including the nature and extent of such interests they have in any items to be considered at this meeting. Unforeseen requests for a Dispensation to be considered at this point only if there was no way a Councillor would have been aware of such before the meeting.

6.1.1 055/16 - Installation of mobile telecommunications and ancillary equipment involving the
erection of a 12m high telegraph pole with eight consumer antennas and four backhaul
antennas and 150m of trenching to power source at Land at Mill Leat Farm, Holne
6.1.2 0078/16 - Erection of hay storage ad general purpose building at Gibbycombe, Higher
Mitchelcombe Farm, Holne
6.1.3 0012/16 - Replacement dwelling at Little Cross Cottage, Holne - additional details

7. FINANCE
To approve the following payment:
 Cheque no 757 – Holne Village Hall – £16.00
8. LEATS
8.1 To receive an update from Cllr Troake with regard to whether it is necessary to consider a permanent solution to control the flow of the leat at Church Park
8.2 To report any other leat issues
9. ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
To agree flyer to advertise the meeting

To agree how to take this project forward
11. PLAYPARK 11.1 To agree job specification for maintenance of the hedge adjacent to the road 11.2 To receive a report 12. POTHOLES, HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE REPORTS AND OTHER HIGHWAYS ISSUES
To report items to be brought to the attention of the Parish Lengthsman (next visit April) and any other
