  1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST AND REQUESTS FOR DISPENSATIONS

Councillors are reminded of their responsibility to continually update their Notice of Registerable Interests and to declare any disclosable interests, including the nature and extent of such interests they have in any items to be considered at this meeting.  Unforeseen requests for a Dispensation to be considered at this point only if there was no way a Councillor would have been aware of such before the meeting.

       5.     RATIFICATION OF MINUTES
To approve and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 5 January 2016

6.    FINANCE & GOVERNANCE
6.1          To approve the following payments

6.2          To receive bank reconciliation and outstanding balance of PWLB loan

6.3          To consider whether the Parish Council wishes to opt out of the Sector Led Body for procurement for audit for smaller authorities from the 2017/18 financial year

6.4          Pensions auto enrolment - to receive a report from the clerk outlining the Parish Council’s responsibilities

6.5          Anti-fraud and Corruption Policy - to receive a draft policy for adoption
           
7.    PLANNING
               7.1  New applications:
                       7.1.1               0012/16 – Little Cross Cottage, Holne
                                                Replacement dwelling
               7.2  Decisions:   
7.2.10602/15 – Refurbishment of existing dwelling including slate hanging to failing stonework walls            
Demolition of existing single storey extension and replacement with a new two-storey extension and new glazed canopy area, Holne Park Farm, Ashburton

                                                To note that DNPA has granted conditional planning permission

7.2.2            0511/15 – Removal of condition (b) of permission 09/26/1371/87 to allow holiday cottage to be used as a dwelling, The Old Farmhouse, Forestoke, Holne

To note that DNPA has refused to grant permission to carry out the development described in this application

              8.1            To report on the work recently undertaken by David Gardener to control flow of the leat at Church Park

8.2          To report any other leat issues

9.    TAP FUND
To note that both applications to the TAP fund were unsuccessful and to agree next steps, if any, with regard to obtaining a defibrillator for the parish    

  1. HM THE QUEEN’S 90th BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS

To discuss whether there is a desire to arrange a parish event

                12.1        To receive a report from SHDC Locality Officer with regard to the rope swing

12.2        To discuss and agree maintenance of the hedge adjacent to the road

                To agree format of the meeting and promoting it in the parish

       14.   POTHOLES, HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE REPORTS AND OTHER HIGHWAYS ISSUES
To report items to be brought to the attention of the Parish Lengthsman (next visit April) and any other
highways problems

       15.   CLERK’S OR COUNCILLOR’S REPORTS ON MATTERS AUTHORISED BY THE COUNCIL AT PREVIOUS
              MEETINGS NOT OTHERWISE ON THIS AGENDA
