The meeting will begin after both the Public Forum at 7.30pm and brief reports from County and District Councillors, DNPA representative and Police Community Support Officer.

To approve and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 1 September 2015

5.2 To note receipt of second instalment of precept - £2,783
6.1 To receive correspondence from a parishioner with regard to the leat running from Playpark through to Middleleat
6.2 To report any other leat issues

To consider ideas for suitable projects

To agree who will lay the wreath on behalf of the Parish Council
13. POTHOLES, HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE REPORTS AND OTHER HIGHWAYS ISSUES
13.1 To receive correspondence from a parishioner with regard to highways issues including the need to replace the markers opposite the Tithe Barn and a request to restrict the road to Hembury Woods to lighter vehicles.
13.2 To report items to be brought to the attention of the Parish Lengthsman and any other highways problems
