The meeting will begin after both the Public Forum at 7.30pm and brief reports from County and District Councillors, DNPA representative and Police Community Support Officer.

7.2.1     0359/14 – Construction of forestry road, Holne Park Farm, Ashburton
To note that DNPA has agreed that Prior Approval is not required    

             7.3       To note receipt of correspondence from DNPA’s Director of Planning giving an update on the planning 
                         service                                                                                                      

      8.    AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
            To receive a general report and update including:
8.1        Notification of vacancy at No. 5 Little Bewden
8.2        Confirmation of an ‘Opening event’ on 17th October 2014
