The meeting will begin after both the Public Forum at 7.30pm and brief reports from County and District Councillors, DNPA representative and Police Community Support Officer.

4. RATIFICATION OF MINUTES
To approve and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 1 July 2014
5.1 To approve the following payments:
- Cheque no 712 - £35.00 - ICO(Renewal of Data Protection Licence)
- Cheque no 713 - £30.00 - Cosmic (Domain name renewal)
- Cheque no 714 - £18.50 - P Arrowsmith (from Affordable Homes fund)
7.1 New Planning Applications
7.1.1 0416/14 & 0417/14 – Installation of boiler flue to serve new pellet boiler to be located in existing single storey outbuilding and replacement roof covering at Shuttaford Farm, Holne
7.2.1 0359/14 – Construction of forestry road, Holne Park Farm, Ashburton
To note that DNPA has agreed that Prior Approval is not required
7.3 To note receipt of correspondence from DNPA’s Director of Planning giving an update on the planning
8. AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
