The meeting will begin after both the Public Forum at 7.30pm and brief reports from County and District Councillors, DNPA representative and Police Community Support Officer.

4. RATIFICATION OF MINUTES
To approve and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 3 June 2014
5.1 To approve the following payments:

6. INSURANCE CLAIM
To receive a claim for costs for damage to property at 1 Forge Cottages alleged to have been caused by a blocked leat running through the parish on 15 December
7.1 New Planning Applications
7.1.1 0336/14 – Change of use of agricultural land to residential curtilage with the formulation of independent access track (Option A) at Little Cross, Holne
7.2.1 0191/14 – Erection of single storey side extension, Oak Park, Michelcombe, Holne
To note that DNPA has granted conditional planning permission
7.2.2 0265/14 – Prior Notification for the erection of an agricultural storage barn (24m x 19m), Holne Park Farm, Ashburton
To note that DNPA approved the works described in this notification
8. AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
To receive a report
9.1 Leat at Holne Cott – to consider a request from DCC to part fund necessary repairs from the TAP fund
10. FIRST WORLD WAR 100TH ANNIVERSARY
To receive an update from Cllr Troake
11. POTHOLES, HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE REPORTS AND OTHER HIGHWAYS ISSUES
11.1 To note plans for installation of gates at New Bridge
11.2 To report items to be brought to the attention of the Parish Lengthsman and any other highways problems
12.1 To receive a report from Cllr Higman with regard to clearance of the silt trap and removal of the pipe
12.2 To receive general update from Cllr Hayles
