The meeting will begin after both the Public Forum at 7.30pm and brief reports from County and District Councillors, DNPA representative and Police Community Support Officer.

4. RATIFICATION OF MINUTES
To approve and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 7 January 2014

6.1.1 003/14 – Erection of monopole with antenna and equipment cabinet at West Stoke Farm, Holne
6.2.1 0606/13 – Erection of two-storey extension to form additional accommodation over existing garage, Stonehanger, Holne
To report that this application has been refused by DNPA
6.2.2 0310/12 – Provision of log cabin for agricultural worker’s dwelling including cartilage, Priddons Farm, Holne
To note that DNPA has granted planning permission for this development
6.3 Consultation - DNPA Draft Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document

8.2 To receive a letter from a parishioner regarding flooding of their property and questions over liability
8.3 To discuss whether further action can be taken to alleviate flooding at Langaford Meadow/Langaford Bridge

To consider date and format of meeting

10.1 To receive a report regarding First Aid training
10.2 To agree how and when funding secured in 2012/13 for emergency lengthsmen service shall be expended
11.1 To receive a report from Holne Playpark
11.2 To receive a quotation from SHDC for grounds maintenance of Playpark
12. FIRST WORLD WAR 100TH ANNIVERSARY
To receive a report from Cllr Troake
13. POTHOLES, HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE REPORTS AND OTHER HIGHWAYS ISSUES
13.1 To receive a response from DCC Highways Officer for the parish, Lisa Edmonds, with regard to the service received from the lengthsmen
