You are hereby summoned to attend an EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL to be held on TUESDAY 6 AUGUST 2013 at 7.30pm in the Village Hall, Holne.
Also invited: District Councillor, County Councillor, John Nutley (DNPA), Bill Allen (DNPA) and Community Police Officers.
Members of the press and public are welcome.

The meeting will begin after both the Public Forum at 7.30pm and brief reports from County and District Councillors, DNPA representative and Police Community Support Officer.

8.1 New applications/appeals
8.1.1 0366/13 – Construction of manure store (9m x 13.5m) and extension (6m x 9m) to existing livestock building at Priddons Farm, Holne
8.2.1 0342/13 - Erection of monopole with ‘antenna and ground level equipment cabinet, West Stoke Farm, Holne
To note that DNPA has approved the works.
8.2.2 0274/13 – Improve existing rides within woodlands, create new rides in two unmanaged woodlands with new loading and stacking areas, plus new surface road, Holne Park Farm, Ashburton
To note that DNPA has granted conditional planning permission
8.2.3 0298/13 – Certificate of Lawful Use – Priddons Farm, Holne
To note that DNPA has refused to issue a Certificate of Lawful Use for the use described in the application.
