            To consider making any additional representations

7.3        Decisions:
7.3.1     0630/12 – Certificate of Lawful Use - Priddons Farmhouse, Holne
To note that DNPA has issues a certificate of lawful use or development for the use described in the application 0630/12.
           
7.3.2     0050/13 – Certificate of Lawfulness in respect of non-compliance with agricultural occupancy condition Oak Park, Michelcombe Farm, Holne

7.3.3     0075/13 – Prior Notification application for agricultural storage building (30.9m x 8.6m), Seale Stoke Farm
                                    To note that DNPA has approved the work described.

7.3.4     00653/12 – Alterations to barn (approved ancillary accommodation) in association with conversion to holiday accommodation, Seale Stoke Farm, Holne

            To note that DNPA has granted conditional planning permission.

7.4        To receive and note changes in procedures in relation to consultation times on planning and related 
                        applications.

7.5.       To receive an invitation to attend DNPA Parish Council workshop on 15 April and to confirm attendance.

To receive a report from the Chairman regarding meetings with Buckfastleigh West and Staverton Parish Council
as to how monies will be distributed and spent.

To receive the resignation of Ru Roberts as parish tree warden.
